Show Highlight:

Glenn talks to a Hollywood...conservative?

On Today's Program

Kelsey Grammer

It's very rare these days, but there are actual real, living, breathing conservatives in Hollywood--who aren't afraid to come out and say they are conservative. Kelsey Grammer is one of them---he's the star you all know from Cheers, Frasier, Wings and more. He's one of the stars in the new Michael Moore parody American Carol and he talked to Glenn today at length about the movie and Sarah Palin's performance last night. Read the transcript. Insiders listen here.

Glenn was too embarrassed to bring up his own acting past with Kelsey Grammer. Glenn was actually on an episode of Cheers, and one of our listeners, with too much time on their hands, edited all of the clips with Glenn in the shot and posted it on YouTube. See Glenn on Cheers!

Battle of the Headlines: VP debate

Ted Stantley and Gary Vekkers are back to break down how the news headlines went in the fallout after the Vice Presidential debate---did the press think Palin won it or did they think that Biden took home top honors? Gary feels that Palin said the word 'Maverick' a few too many times---leading to a disturbing display of knowledge about the movie Top Gun. Read the transcript. Insiders listen here.

Obama's #1 foe

Stanley Kurtz, a columnist who writes for the National Review, Wall Street Journal and more was looking into some files on the connections between Barack Obama and radical homegrown terrorist William Ayers. The Obama camp has come after him big time and even tried to have him kicked off the air on a major Chicago radio station. Find out what Barack Obama is so afraid of . . . Read the transcript. Insiders listen here.

Debate notes

Glenn thought Sarah Palin was brilliant last night, but also thought that Biden did what he had to do. There were no big gaffes or knockout punches, but there were some statements that were a stretch or even flat out false. Find out how Glenn saw the debate last night with his notes and running commentary. Read them here.

Thanks Hollywood

In case you missed it yesterday, here is the wonderfully informative video from Hollywood regarding the election. It's very enlightening, really, thanks Hollywood. Watch the Hollywood PSA here.
