John Ziegler, producer of the documentary 'Media Malpractice' joined Glenn today to talk about the release of film, that shows the unfair treatment the media gave to Sarah Palin. As he makes the media rounds, the left leaning 'news' folks aren't buying his theory. But it's not that difficult a theory to prove because there is video evidence everywhere you turn.

Glenn had dinner last night with good friend of the program Navy Seal and author of 'Lone Survivor' Marcus Luttrell. He's an amazing man and just one example of how many brave American men and women we have fighting for us in our special forces. Another friend of the program, Michael Kobold, also understands just how amazing people like Marcus are and he stopped by to tell of his quest to climb Mt. Everest that will benefit the Navy Seal Warrior Fund.

The amazing budget saga is still unfolding in California, where they've laid off 20,000 state workers (a mere drop in the bucket out of the 2.5 million state workers in CA) and proposed massive tax hikes to cover the deficit. What got them into this situation and how outrageous is it that the state is refusing to give out tax refunds owed to its residents? Glenn talks with CATO analyst Tad DeHaven who explains the California mess and how the stimulus is only going to make it worse.

Not in the category they want to be, instead ABC news is reporting that Phoenix is the #2 ranked city in the world for kidnappings. They averaged just over 1 per day in 2008. How could that possibly be happening without the media catching wind of it? Darrell Ankarlo from KTAR in Phoenix has been covering this story for a long time, has authored a book about it and joined Glenn today to talk about the madness that is daily kidnappings in Phoenix.
